11th January 2013
Pulteneytown Peoples Project is pleased to announce that we are to work with Partnerships for Wellbeing to deliver STEP IT UP HIGHLAND health walking groups in Caithness with the aim of starting some health walks in spring 2013.
These walks will vary in length from 20 mins up to 2 hours duration and are designed to help inactive people get out, socialise and improve their health by taking part in easy exercise. The walks are free and will take place locally on routes that have been assessed for safety.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A WALK LEADER OR TAKING PART IN A WALKING GROUP PLEASE CONTACT RACHELLE OR JULIE AT PULTENEYTOWN PEOPLES PROJECT ON 01955 608530.
