My name is Kris Hamilton, I am a personal trainer for Hamilton Optimum Training -
H.O.T, Based in Caithness

Through cutting edge training and methods with scientific backing, alongside extensive nutritional knowledge I can aid you in achieving your goals. This can include everything from losing fat, gaining muscle mass to training for a marathon!

I have also competed internationally for Scotland in rugby and trained with some of the best players in Scotland. This experience alongside Pegasus personal training qualifications highlights my ability to achieve your goals in the quickest possible time.

At the moment I am running various classes within Wick and will be looking to run more!

Women only X-Training Circuits - Wednesday 5 to 6pm, PPP Community Hall
Men only X-Training Circuits - Monday 7.45 to 8.45pm, PPP Community Hall

Other classes coming soon include BOOTCAMP and SPIN FIT!!
