Open to all, non martial artists more than welcome.

Learn techniques from Muay Thai, kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do and Silat. Learn dynamic kicking, locks, throws, sweeps, take downs, restraint techniques and much more.

Weapons demonstrations such as sword, knife, kusari, Bo staff and much more.

Juniors from 1 - 2 p.m.
Seniors from 2 - 4 p.m.
