Thurso Amateur Swimming Club (TASC) was formed to promote swimming in all ages from those capable of swimming a width up to competitive swimming at national levels. TASC is a competitive club with well over 250 members and is run voluntarily. In addition to holding an annual Club Gala in November, a mini meet, and a number of timing sessions throughout the year, we also host the TASC Annual Thurso Meet where clubs from throughout the North District are invited to compete. These meets require an enormous amount of work by the volunteers including judges, timekeepers, coaches, pool helpers and administrators.
